The Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course 
Announces 2007 School Dates 

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (March 11th, 2007):  For 67 years the Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course – AGMSC has served to educate the natural gas technical and management teams in the industry.  Based in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania the AGMSC is a non-profit organization staffed by gas utility, production and industry professionals dedicated to the safe and accurate measurement of natural gas.

Focused on teaching the fundamental and advanced skills of natural gas measurement, regulation and distribution the AGMSC offers over 180 classes.  Taught by leading industry professionals, the AGMSC combines lectures, hands-on work, educational exhibits and networking functions with the objective of providing the skill sets required to accurately measure natural gas and safely operate the distribution system.

Drawing over 1000 attendees annually, the AGMSC serves as one of the largest not-for-profit training schools in the natural gas industry.  Held on the campus of Robert Morris University located in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, outside of Pittsburgh, the school is scheduled for exhibits setup on August 13th and classes from  August 14th - 17th, 2007.  With the $100 USD registration fee, the AGMSC is an excellent training value.
