Pro-Bona Ad Insertion

As in past years, we would like to ask for your help in promoting the 2007 Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course scheduled for August 14th – 17th in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, located outside of Pittsburgh.

The Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course is the oldest non-profit training school in the United States devoted to training the natural gas industry’s operating teams. Formed in 1938, this non-profit organization has provided natural gas training to thousands of industry personnel at a modest cost to the attendees. This is due to the dedication of hundreds people from operating and manufacturing companies contributing their time to further the industry’s skill level.

What we need, is your help in running a pro-bona ad for the school. Of course, because the school is a non-profit organization you’ll be entitled to write the ad space off as a contribution. But we would also like to give you something more for helping us out. If you decide to run the ad, we will:

  • Gladly place issues of your magazine in a prominent place, such as in the registration or exhibits area, during the school to allow attendees to pickup and subscribe to your publication.
  • Provide a complementary registration to attend the school. Realizing the importance of needed technical content to your publication, the registration will allow the person you designate from your publication to develop editorial content and contacts within the industry.
  • And if you can run two ad placements, we will provide you with a copy of the 2007 AGMSC registration list. This list which will likely exceed 1,000 registrants can help assist in expanding your magazine’s reach in the industry.

To make it easy on your production team, we’ve developed the ad in digital format and posted the content on this page below.  The ad is ½ page, 4C piece in PDF and JPG formats.  We would very much appreciate your help in running this ad.  However, if your business model will not permit it we've developed a general release accompanied by some location photography from the 2006 school for your use in your industry events calendar or news sections of your publication.

If you have any questions or problems please feel free to contact me at 281.655.9594 or via cell at 281.788.7005. Thank you for your consideration.
